THE LA DODGERS HAVE THEIR BASES COVERED WITH LAUSD The Dodger Dream Foundation brought Dodgers Darrel Thomas and Dennis Powell to 107th Street Elementary School to hand out more than 900 backpacks filled with school supplies!  To top it off, they also handed out more than $6000 worth of shoes to underprivileged students.  The students and their families were very grateful and excited to be apart of such a special event.  In total, the LA Dodgers have handed out 4000 new backpacks with school supplies to LAUSD students this week.
